Hello and thank you for coming! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 15 years of experience in the field of child welfare and mental health. My experience includes working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar, parenting concerns, and familial issues. I also have experience in working with individuals who experience ADHD, ODD, and DMDD. In addition, I have extensive experience in working with those impacted by trauma and abuse. My style of therapy is focused on the needs of the client, with an approach that helps to embrace change. Every interaction with the client comes from a place of care, compassion, and respect. Trust will be the basis of our relationship. In our sessions, we will use a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive based therapy, and solution focused therapy. Additionally, I approach every client using a trauma informed point of view. As we work together, we will use your strengths to work towards the identified goals.
